As a Senior UX Design Consultant for IBM iX, I have led the design stream of solutions such as mobile apps, websites, forms and internal applications. Additionally, I manage junior design resources during their university placement year.
My core strengths lie in UX design, User Research and Service Design, and ensuring that these lead to the implementation of user-centred digital solutions.
I have comprehensive experience in Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Innovation Garage (rapid prototyping) delivery methodologies. I have designed digital solutions for clients in the Financial, e-Commerce, Life-Sciences, Telecoms, Industrial and Public sectors, and have worked to ensure projects adhere to the Government Service Manual, meet stringent accessibility standards and design for digital inclusion.
